I’m Maggie. I’m a strength coach specifically for pregnant and postpartum people. I have a special interest in pelvic health as it relates to the whole person, their interests, their personal goals and their individual lifestyle factors.
I help busy pregnant and postpartum people to get stronger through individualised and sustainable strength training plans, so they can be at their strongest now AND long after their babies have grown.
Pre & postnatal strength training classes and online programs are designed to help you to continue to exercise during pregnancy and to make a strong sustainable return to fitness postpartum.
