We believe that mothers are incredibly strong and powerful. And we help women like you realise this strength after the amazing, challenging and demanding chapter of pregnancy and birth.

Our specialist strength training classes have been particularly designed to help women who have given birth to regain strength from the inside out.

Beginning with a detailed consultation, you will receive individually tailored training to suits your needs.

You will learn how to reconnect with your core, and through alignment and breathing strategies, and incorporate your core and pelvic floor into functional movement patterns.

Gradually building from a posture, alignment and breathing assessment to full body strength. Our goal is to rebuild core strength and functionality, restoring solid foundations so that you can safely return to sport, work and everyday life with confidence.

In a friendly, small group setting you will learn exercises to do at home between our weekly sessions, that will help you to get sustainable results, and avoid common aches, pains and pelvic floor issues women simply don’t have to live with!

Over this 6 weeks you will be investing in yourself. We want to make it easy for you, to support you and to help you to get stronger… whether you have had a vaginal birth or cesaeran section.
