I run small group strength training for pregnancy and postpartum.
I provide one to one personal training options and when going to the gym isn’t an option I offer bespoke at home training.

Classes are not a one-size-fits all experience.
Form pregnancy to postpartum and beyond I will tailor training to suit your individual needs.

How it works:

  1. We start with an initial phone consultation and questionnaire to see if we’re a good fit and if I can help you with your specific needs.
  2. We can then decide what class is going to suit you best before you join a small group of women who are working towards their individual goals.
